The location was amazing, just walking distance from Malecon Americas Cancun. It was within 15 min drive or so from the airport.

I loved spending my time in this fairly clean hip new hotel. My food for buffet breakfast was good and all the staff were decent and efficient. The room was new-fashioned and fine, had a perfectly pleasant stay at this property for my whole trip.

The location was inconvenient, it's a pitty.

Our stay was a such wonderful experience. The hotel was ideal and contemporary, and the staff were consistently courteous, loved the favourable location close enough to airport as well as downtown.

The hotel was minimal, the room was elegant and brand-new, had essentials for a very good stay. The staff was willing to help and we had amazing communication.

The breakfast we ordered was rather limited.

the venue itself is poorly maintained, nonetheless it has fabulously helpful staff, prime location. a nice touch is also the warm beverages in the night bar.

The hotel is reasonably priced with efficient staff, breakfast is savoury, magnificent location near the airport.

It was a nice experience in a brand-new hotel. The reason we really enjoyed it was perfect staff and food.

All clean, nice staff and location. That was hip new hotel set in pretty quiet area, right by airport, many restaurants and the beaches.

Room was well soundproofed, bed was spacious, the staff was extraordinary service-minded.

This hotel was great value when compared to other options. Exceptionally welcoming staff, fab setting. Great bed, elegant bathroom and terrace, free wireless internet access and flat screen cable TV in the room. Downtown Cancun district was definitely worth visiting. Cozy restaurant. Service was excellent throughout the property.

Charming place, big beds, approachable staff. Good hot breakfast, attentive service. The location was tranquil, the view was MARVELLOUS, too. I visited a gourmet restaurant and loved the Indian meals they offer.

The room was really modern, the staff was outstanding and the location was privileged. We got large breakfast with fresh cooked eggs to order. There was a small restaurant, a supermarket and shopping centers next door.

The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. The staff were ready to help and always had a smile. Smoke-free hotel set in the very relaxing area.

Optimal location, exceptionally pleasant staff and hot breakfast with appetising products. I stayed here before, always really beautiful and fresh rooms. A stunning beach, such lovely view. Also, a vast modern shopping mall was max 10 minutes walk to. The facilities were basic and easy to use.

The staff there was accommodating, the location was not bad. I loved the breakfast option, it was not expensive! Facilities were adequate too.

It was great place to stay, and I would stay here again. Pretty good meals, wonderfully comfortable beds, kind staff. Absolutely perfect location close to Dubai Palace. I booked a seafront room for a couple of nights and I loved it. Very satisfying hotel, efficient service.
